Cisco recently published a podcast that I had the opportunity to do for them, for their online project they call Connected Futures: Business Innovation Insights. The project involves podcasts, a magazine, and other online material. In this episode I joined Michael Wade – Professor of Innovation and Strategic Information Management at IMD and Chair of IMD/Cisco Global Center for Digital Business Transformation.

We discussed how business can close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be in the future, regarding digital business. We explored why becoming a digital business requires rethinking core business processes and implementing an agile IT and OT foundation. Key points are captured in the slide share below, and the podcast can be listened to here (20 minutes).
