Futures work with courage, empathy, and authenticity

Some of the most revealing thinking I do comes from speaking from the stage and being in a deep flow state. When I speak, I rise out of my body and watch myself speak from back right of the stage.

This week, as I was keynoting to 4400 leaders in the construction space I was speaking about dialling in to a hopeful mindset and exploring futures and how we need to frame human capabilities in a world desperate to believe that AI is the key to greatness. I was speaking about wisdom as the highest capability that we maintain and that cannot be replicated my technological system (don’t argue that it can – it cannot).

There is a deep connection between wisdom we create together, the hope we use as an energy for change and the futures we explore to reduce uncertainty in our thinking so we can clear the way to deliver change. This is a key insight we must all hold at our core.
