Caitlin is a futurist, creative director, writer and optimist.
As Partner and Head of Imagination at RADAR, a decentralized global collective of 400+ researchers, early adopters, and innovators accelerating better futures, she leads community building and instigates collective imagination. She has developed workshops and cultural artifacts exploring themes from new economies to equitable futures, helping people participate in multiplayer worldbuilding and futures thinking. She co-authored “The Curious Human’s Field Guide to the Future,” which shipped to over 22 countries worldwide and continues to inspire hopeful foresight through unexpected exercises and reflections.
With formal training from the Institute for the Future and speaking experience on topics like “Radical Collaboration for Hopeful Futures” during the UN Summit of the Future, Caitlin brings a unique blend of creative strategy and futures methodology to her practice. Her workshop facilitation spans from “Play-Full Futures” at Dubai’s Museum of the Future to “Decentralized Creativity” huddles with global participants. As an award-winning Executive Creative Director with experience across brands like American Express, WNBA, and Lexus, she understands how to translate future-focused thinking into actionable creativity that drives both business growth and fosters engaged community. Her approach is grounded in the belief that “the future belongs to those who think about it” – and that the most innovative solutions emerge through collaborative imagination and thoughtful provocations.
